The Lahore School's Economics Society Orientation

The Lahore School's Economics Society organized its orientation on 19th November, 2018 at the Mahmood Chaudhry Library. The event was hosted by Presidents, Bisma Tarar and Wasif Ahmad. Alongside that, the event was graced by the presence of the Dean of Economics, Dr. Azam Chaudhry and fellow patron of the society, Dr. Waqar Wadho, Ms. Shamyla Chaudry and Ms. Marjan Nasir.

During the Orientation, Dr. Waqar Wadho announced the new council of LSES, followed by an interactive session with the Dean of the Economics Department and BSC students to introduce and discuss the different economics majors. The aim of the discussion was to help first year students opt for and understand the scope of these Economics Majors in terms of future academic pursuits and career paths. The session was well received.
