Lahore School of Economics wins 'Economist of the Year, 2019'

A team comprised of four students from the BSc Economics and Finance program represented the Lahore School of Economics, at the "Economist of the Year, 2019" competition organized by the Forman Christian College on the 5th of April, 2019.

Amidst 8 teams of renowned institutions from all over Pakistan, Maria Syed, Ameera Khan, Fizza Rahman, & Muhammad Musa Faraz secured the highest total in the quiz round. In the final round, they presented their policy proposal on how to ameliorate Pakistan's debt burden in the next 10 years and attained the 1st position.
