National Financial Literacy Program (NFLP) Students Ambassador Plan

The Lahore School of Economics, honoring its long-standing affiliation with the State Bank of Pakistan, promised to actively partake in the National Financial Literacy Program. In pursuit of fulfilling its promise, the Lahore School nominated its top 10 undergraduate students.

These protégés underwent extensive training orchestrated by the State Bank. They travelled to remote areas of Punjab, and interacted with the rural, unbanked populace to impart information about a variety of financial products and services.

Our students collaborated with several banks including FINCA, UBL, Askari Bank, and Silk Bank. Together they conducted 20 awareness sessions, and opened 485 new bank accounts. Their efforts are appreciated and applauded by the Lahore School.
